Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual who does not meet our clinical or eligibility criteria. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and could pose a risk to your health.
All prescription medications dispensed through Pharmacy Weight Loss Marsden are issued by a qualified, UK-registered prescriber following a clinical review of your submitted health information.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Receipt of a prescription is not guaranteed simply by completing a consultation. Our pharmacist will review each case individually and may request additional information, decline to prescribe, or refer you to your GP where appropriate.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the purposes stated and must not be shared, transferred, or used by any other individual.
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any prescription that is not approved by our pharmacist. If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure a valid and secure delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for medications lost due to an incorrect address being supplied.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible in accordance with UK regulations governing prescription medicines.
Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except where a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Marsden are intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your GP or other healthcare provider. Our service does not constitute an ongoing patient–clinician relationship beyond each individual consultation.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
